Education for Human Solidarity

Hosted by Rowan Williams

Inspire Dialogue 2017

How can the next generation thrive in an unpredictable world, and best shape our future economic and political systems?

Dr Rowan Williams, Prof Colleen McLaughlin and Dr Cameron Taylor are leading a research and develpment program ‘Education for Human Solidarity’ with a team at Cambridge University to create evidenced-based, practical educational tools and resources for schools to prepare individuals to be socially connected, emotionally resilient, mature and responsible citizens of the planet.

The invaluable input we received from participants at this dialogue helped clarify what the aims and scope of the education project should be. We have written a paper based on what we learned, which sets out the goals for our project. You can read the paper by following this link.
